When signing up for Levelup, you enter your information that is saved into your account. But you can also change the account details for your Levelup LMS account later.

Here are the steps that you can follow to Change the Account Details for Levelup LMS Account: 

• Click on the Profile Image on the top left corner of the screen. 

• Click on the Account ID 

• You will be redirected to a page with the following details:

            1. Profile details (Username, email address and password). 

            2. Subscription (Type, billing cycle and billing history). 

            3. Payment method (Billing date, last payment date, list of credit cards). 

            4. Company details (Company name, email address and website URL). 

            5. Meeting platforms. 

• If a field can be edited, you will find the edit option (the pencil icon) beside it. Click on it to make the necessary changes.
