How to Edit the Email Templates on Levelup?

The Levelup LMS platform automatically sends email notifications to users when they are assigned or unassigned to a course, and in various other scenarios. As an admin, you can change the email templates according to your preferences. Here is how you can do that.

The Different Types of Email Templates that You Can Edit on Levelup

  • Email Footer : This will appear in the footer section of every email sent through the Levelup platform.
  • Course Assignment : This email will be sent when a user is assigned a course.
  • Course Unassign : This email is sent when a user is unassigned from a course.
  • Course Over Due : Emails following this template are sent when the completion/due date has passed but the user was unable to complete the course.

          Time to Levelup!

         A new {Entity_Type} has been assigned to you. Click the link to access the course: {Course_Title}”

           {Entity_Type} {Course_Title} unassigned. You no longer need to complete the course.

           Reason :{Unassign_Reason}

           Thank you.”

         This is the message in the template.

So, if you are assigning the course to a person called ‘Erika’, their name will automatically appear on the {Learner_Name}. Similarly, the type of course will appear on the {Entity_Type} and the name of the course will appear on {Course_Title}
