Do I get certificates for completed courses?

Yes, each user that completes the course will get the related certification.

Does LevelUp support SCORM?

 Not currently, but it is one of our upcoming features.

What types of content does LevelUp LMS support?

Here is a list of supported files: FLV videos, MP4 videos, and reference documents (PDF, DOC, XLS) uploaded directly.

Can trainers upload videos or integrate YouTube videos into the LevelUp?

The trainer can upload videos and incorporate videos from YouTube into their courses.


Is there a dashboard in LevelUp LMS?

LevelUp offers detailed analysis and reporting for tracking learner progress, assignment results, and attendance.

What file formats can reports be exported?

Reports can be export in CSV, XLSX, and PDF file formats.

Is it possible for the trainer to track the progress of trainees?

Yes, the built-in course progress monitoring function in LevelUp allows trainers to check the status and progress of each Trainee. Reports on attendance management are also available in the LMS.


Can I put my company branding?

Of course, you can! You can add your branding/logo and set the colour theme so that the users can feel at home.


Can I enrol users from different departments in courses automatically?

If you create a user group and select the desired departments, users will be automatically added to the group.

Can I invite non-registered users to take courses?

No, you cannot make courses public, only registered users have access to them.


How much would I have to pay if the number of active users is different from the subscription plans?

If the number of active users approaches the limit, you may need to upgrade your subscription plan, otherwise additional users will be billed at per user plan. Contact us to learn more.

How can I change my subscription plan?

Sign into your account and open your account section. Under Account details, find Subscription and expand your current plan. Please select from the available options or contact us for a custom plan. This is only possible if you have a subscription permission assigned to your account.


I am getting an error when I try to sign into my account. What am I doing wrong?

If there is no message from the LevelUp team, please double-check that you have entered the correct login information.


Who is an active user?

An active user is defined as someone who has logged into the LMS at least once a month.


Are there different access levels available for different users?

Yes, there are standard roles with different access levels.


Do I have to put LevelUp on my servers?

LevelUp LMS is a fully hosted, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering, but it is also available in the non-SaaS version for clients with their own Azure tenant

Does LevelUp work on mobile phones and tablets?

Yes. One of the cool things about the world we live in is that learning can happen anytime and anywhere. LevelUp LMS is device responsive which means that it works on any device with an internet connection and a modern web browser.

Is LevelUp LMS cloud-based?

Yes! LevelUp is a cloud based LMS, hosted on Microsoft servers but it is also available in the SaaS version.

How do I access LMS?

Open the LMS website in your browser and click on Login.

How do I change my LMS password?

Sign into your account and click on the profile section. Select ‘Change password’ from the drop-down and follow the instructions.
