Getting Familiar with the Levelup Dashboard 

The Levelup dashboard gives you a snapshot of the performance of your learners and courses. You can get a collective overview of the performance of your teams or even your individual learners. Here are some of the important things that you should know about the dashboard which will allow you to take greater control over monitoring your Levelup platform. 

How to Access Your Levelup Dashboard? 

The Levelup dashboard can be accessed with the following steps: 

  • Login to your Levelup admin account. 
  • On the side panel, you will find the hamburger menu icon (three parallel lines). Click on it. 
  • You will find the icon for dashboard. Click on it 
  • You will be redirected to the ‘Dashboard’ page. 

Things You Will Find on the Dashboard Page 

  • Users – The number of users who have registered on your platform. 
  • Active Users – The number of users who are currently active on the platform. 
  • Courses – The number of published courses you have created. 
  • Paths – The number of published paths you have created. 
  • Filters – The different filters you can apply to the results 
  • Course/Path – You will find a pie chart which will give you a visual representation of the number of courses, number of completed courses, the courses which are cancelled, etc. 
  • Success rate – This will give you a snapshot of the success rate across different courses. 
  • Average Completion time (days) By Course – This will give you an idea of the number of days taken by users to complete the courses. 

Applying Filters 

To help you delve deeper into the data, Levelup dashboard has a number of filters. Here are the details about the filters and how you can use them: 

The Main Filter: You will find the main filter which will allow you to filter out the following results 

  • Filter out the courses based on start and end date. 
  • Filter courses based on the department. 
  • Filter courses assigned to a particular user. 

The Course/Path Filter: You can use the filter on course/path to know the details of either all the courses or all the paths. 

The Success Filter: You can use the filter on the Success to filter the success rate based on the courses or the paths.
